ear Esteemed Scholars and Industry Representatives, The International Information Congress (IIC2024) aims to bring together scholars, experts, educators, civil society organizations, and representatives from the private sector to share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge within a scientific framework. IIC2024 will focus on the main themes of Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, and Artificial Intelligence this year. It aspires to serve as a multidisciplinary platform within the scope of the Information Festival (IFEST2024), where current topics in all areas of information technology are discussed, and contemporary research articles are presented. All paper submissions will undergo double-blind peer review, and they will be evaluated based on originality, research framework, relevance to the Congress, and readability. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings Book, all of which will have an ISBN. Selected papers, upon successful completion of the peer review process of the Congress journals, will be published as articles. We are aware that some authors may encounter visa acquisition problems as well as travel difficulties. In such cases, remote presentation of papers will be facilitated. All guests attending the International Information Congress will not only benefit from social programs but also have free access to all conferences, fairs, and hands-on workshops conducted within the scope of the Information Festival. Throughout the Congress, all meals and refreshments will be provided free of charge. We will be delighted to host you at our event to be held in Batman, Turkey, from May 2nd to May 4th, 2024.
