The Congress brings together a large number of distinguished researchers, academics and professionals from around the world. Researchers are invited to submit both empirical and theoretical papers broadly related to the conference themes, including but not limited to: Cross-Border and Inter-Regional Cooperation, Management and Planning, Environmental Economics, Public Management, Land-Use Planning, Regional Studies, Circular and Green Economy, Sustainable Development, Banking, Development Economics, Central Banking, Macroeconomics, Renewable Energies, Smart Cities, Sustainable Planning, Territorial Governance and Strategies. The International Congress will take place between 26 and 28 September 2024, at the Yıldız Technical University, Davutpaşa Campus, İstanbul, Türkiye. Congress language is English. The objective of the VI International Congress on Sustainable Development (SD2024) in the field of economics is multifaceted and aims to foster global cooperation and dialogue on sustainable practices while facilitating intellectual exchange, disseminating the latest research findings and catalysing workable solutions. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions and paper presentations, the Congress endeavours to explore emerging trends in banking, energy transition and green economies, address pressing economic challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance economic prosperity and social well-being.
